Our country is now facing economic crisis brought about by unstoppable kidnap for ransom in Mindanao, Manila and other parts of the country and many innocent lives have to suffer death and lacked of food in the hands of a man whether young, yet to be born, newly born and aging in which it doesn’t matter at all for those who fear nothing and for those who don’t know and fear GOD at all.
Calamities spread throughout the world. The water, land and fire are all together forming to be known to us his creations and different kinds of illnesses spreading not only to human beings but also to all who has breathed.
Different problems has risen, children to their parents, parents to their children, sisters against sisters, brothers against his brothers, friends against friends, countries against countries, churches against churches, religions against religions and to many to say.
Investors and tourists are afraid to come in but rather diverted their attention to other countries where there are peace and security. These resulted then to an increase rate of unemployment, continuous rise in cost of basic commodities and all services that are essentials to meet the needs of the poor; the rate of criminality increased too and seemingly our lives are no longer secured even in our own homes; human abuses are rampant, morality is very low; the gap between the rich and the poor is very alarming; the costs of medical services are unaffordable and many are seemingly in low spirit or hopeless for they have forgotten the ONE who created us all for we are all weary and busy entertaining such load of problems and different calamities in which we are all to blame at all.
In the midst of this crisis in our lives we are all challenged to become strong rather than to panic, to be confused, afraid or withdraw our money from the banks and the likes. Having these kinds of negative attitudes towards crisis creates more harm than good for our country and to OUR SELF.
Observed the birds that are singing, eating and playing and seemingly at peace in the midst of typhoons, in times of hot weather and in times of freezing breezed of air but why in these point of view in our life these birds seems to be calm and at peace whenever crisis and problems come. But how can we experience this peace and meaning in life? Who can give true serenity within our hearts and mind?
The answers are all in the Bible….. GODs Word is the ANSWER. GOD is ONLY the ANSWER.
What the bible says about this?
“COME TO ME, ALL WHO ARE WEARY AND BURDENED AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST.”
(Matthew 11:28)
“JESUS SAID, “DON’T LET YOUR HEARTS BE TROUBLED. TRUST IN GOD, AND TRUST IN ME.”
(John 14:1)
The rest that he offers you is not what the world can give you. Jesus Christ knows your long years of longing for real peace of mind. So why do we have to be weary if JESUS himself tells us to trusts him, for GOD never breaks any promises since the world begun for until now HE keeps the promises he made to our ancestors. We have to keep on believing and trust him, for his words are truly the evidence that until now we are still here on this earth. HE has all the power to do what he likes because of our sins but he keep the promises he had made until the end that we will see him coming down from heaven. We need him but we don’t seek him but still HE never leaves us or forsakes us.
“PEACE I LIVE WITH YOU, MY GRACE I GIVE YOU, DO NOT GIVE TO YOU AS THE WORLD GIVES.
DO NOT LET YOUR HEARTS BE TROUBLED AND DO NOT BE AFRAID.”
(John 14:27)
In Jesus hands, you are secured. He is a true friend and can be trusted. Why do you have to trouble of things that cannot hurt your mind, your soul and your heart. BELIEVED in HIM and stand firm in HIM for he is the SALVATION we need. HE gives us rests. What troubles you most? Jesus is just waiting for you. His word said,
“CAST ALL YOUR ANXIETY ON HIM, BECAUSE HE CARES FOR YOU.”
(1 Peter 5:7)
“DEPEND ON THE LORD; TRUST HIM AND HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.”
(Psalm 37:5)
If you need peace today, invite Jesus as your GOD and friend. In JESUS there is life, hope, peace and joy. He is always there to comfort us and we can lean on him all the time, for HE loved us more than anything else in this world. HE didn’t give you a crossed of burdens that is unbearable for you to bear but this is a love for you to hold because HE teaches you to hold on him and HE doesn’t want to loose you because HE LOVES you most.
“TO ALL WHO RECEIVED HIM, TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN HIS NAME, HE GAVE THEM THE RIGHT
TO BECOME CHILDREN OF GOD.”
(John 1:12)
As a child of GOD, you can be assured of his love and this love brings life and forgiveness. We are no longer bound to eternal punishment destined to men who lived away from GOD. His words said,
“BUT THE COWARDLY, THE UNBELIEVING, THE VILE, THE MURDERERS, THE SEXUALLY IMMORAL, THOSE WHO PRACTICE MAGIC ARTS, THE IDOLATERS AND ALL LIARS THEIR PLACE WILL BE IN THE FIERY LAKE BURNING SULFUR. THIS IS
THE SECOND DEATH.”
(Revelation 21:8)
But GOD has solution to this and there is no reason for you to be afraid, for HE is always there on your side, carrying you in times of trouble without knowing it and because HE said,
“FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SON THAT WHOEVER
BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.”
(John 3:6)
What you need to do now is to acknowledge that you are a sinner, the reason why JESUS died on the cross. You have to repent and by FAITH accept HIM as your personal LORD and SAVIOR.
If you will accept JESUS today as your personal LORD and SAVIOR, peace, hope and joy in the midst of life’s challenges will be yours today and forever. This will only happen if you accept GOD…. ACCEPT
For HE said,
“NEVER WILL I LEAVE YOU; NEVER WILL I FORSAKE YOU.”
(Hebrews 13:5)
